
CLASS STRUCTURE
Every class is One-Hour Long and follows this layout:
Mobility Warm-ups (0 – 5 mins)
Warm-up exercises (5 – 10 mins)
Class Specific Skill Training (10 – 45 mins)
Strength (45 – 50 mins)
Stretching (50 – 55 mins)
Cool down/Announcements (55 – 60 mins)
Our curriculum in all classes is designed to take any person, regardless of skill level, age, or body type, from a brand new beginner to an advanced practitioner in a fun and supportive environment.
All times listed below are start times with the class and family open gyms following a one-hour time period. The only exception is our 18+ AOG being 2 1/2 hours long.
