TRY THIS FREE ADULT ONLY CLASS!

Firestorm is partnering with HeroCraft to test out their new Adult only, Parkour based Fitness Classes. We are testing out three classes, over the next few weeks. 
Anyone 18 and over can join.

These classes will focus on getting you a great strength and endurance workout utilizing basic parkour skills. No Flips, no Spins, just sweat.

Space is limited to the first 10 sign ups for each timeslot. All we ask is 5 minutes of your time after the class to fill out a quick survey about the class.
