INFORMATIONAL CLASS VIDEOS!

Firestorm offers 9 unique movement disciplines in addition to open gyms and events. Classes begin at ages 7+. However, students 4-6 years old can participate in our Little Heroes Classes. Little Heroes is our special program designed to build a movement foundation with basic Parkour skills.

PARKOUR | WATCH VIDEO

Parkour training teaches coordination between mind and body, using physical skill and mental fortitude to overcome any obstacle in your life. Parkour practice trains your body for quick, efficient movement and your mind to see each obstacle as a challenge to overcome.

TRAMPOLINE | WATCH VIDEO

Our trampoline is the most powerful training tool we use at Firestorm. It will help you develop the much needed body control, spatial and aerial awareness needed for big flips and acrobatics. We utilize the trampoline to help students refine their body control midair.

AERIAL SILKS | WATCH VIDEO

Also referred to as; aerial tissue or aerial ribbons, Aerial Silks take your imagination and self-confidence to new heights, figuratively and literally. Performers climb beautiful, flowing fabric utilizing only their own body, increasing strength, flexibility, skill, and confidence.

TUMBLING | WATCH VIDEO

These all ages Tumbling classes focus on the basics and fundamentals of gymnastics tumbling. The training for proper body position and timing will develop the strength and flexibility to master the skills for gymnastics tumbling, from handstands and handsprings to back flips and layouts.

LITTLE HEROES | WATCH VIDEO

The first few years of a child’s life are the most important for their physical and mental development. During this time, it is very important to create a solid foundation to maximize their growth potential. Firestorm's classes for 4-6 year olds teaches them the safety basics of climbing, falling, and how to protect their faces, knees, and elbows.

This class is for everyone who wants to grow stronger. Compared to most strength building routines that grow stale when you go to the gym, this strength and conditioning class will give you the building blocks to grow stronger anytime, anywhere.
