About the event
In this 1 hour class for Adults only, we will be testing out a Parkour inspired workout. No flips, no spins, just gaining strength and enurance throguh movement. This class is completely FREE! Just arrive 15 minutes before class (7:15pm) and stick around for 5 minutes after to fill out a survey on your thoughts!
