Acrobatics training requires a strong and resilient body to learn new skills and abilities. The Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to help you build the strongest and most resilient body possible, to help you in your acrobatic or Parkour journey.
Strenth nad Conditioning classes focus on three main areas: Bodyweight Strength, Conditioning, and Calisthenics.
Bodyweight Strength: In this class your body is your weight set. You will lift, push, and pull your body in every concievable position to create strength and normalize lifting your own bodyweight. This will make it easier to perform acrobatic skills later on.
Conditioning: This is when we use repititions to get our body used to doing something so often our body adapts and it becomes easier and normal. This class focuses on conditioning your muscles for acrobatic training.
Calisthenics: This is the art of using your bodyweight on a bar to produce strength and amazing skills. You will start with building the strength to pull and move your body around the bar which will lead to swings, twist, and inversion, gaining acrobatic body awareness as well as strength!
